DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated May 2026. Voxio Studio respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Reporting infringement
If you believe content created or hosted on Voxio Studio infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@voxiostudio.com. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and enough information for us to locate it (e.g. a link or content ID).
- Your contact information — name, address, phone, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
What happens next
On receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material promptly, and make a good-faith effort to notify the user who created or uploaded it.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. AI-generated covers of copyrighted songs and content that mimics protected works may violate our Acceptable Use Policy as well.
