Generation needs an internet connection — the heavy lifting happens on our cloud servers for the best quality. You can still play and use anything you have already downloaded while offline.

Yes. We do not use your generated audio or your voice clones to train our public models. Your creations remain yours and are stored securely.

You can request a refund within 3 days of a charge, as long as the credits from it have not been used. Requests are reviewed by a person, usually within 48 hours. In-app purchases are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Credits are the single currency for everything you make. Different tools cost different amounts — a full song costs more than a short voiceover — and the cost is always shown before you generate. Subscription credits top up your balance each cycle and unused credits roll over; credit packs stack on top.
